Why host Central Vermont Brew Fest at Ayers Brook Goat Dairy farm?  The surrounding area is steeped in family agricultural history. From sheep that outnumbered people in the 1800s to the family cattle & goat dairies and vegetable farmstands of today. Vermont is also known for its local food movement. We like to celebrate that history, and current culture, as well as do our part to support our local farmers, brewers, food artisans, and crafts people. Our Chef at One Main Tap & Grill uses local ingredients in all of his creations. The cheese produced from goats at Ayers Brook Dairy are in many of his dishes and so is some of the beer! We like to keep that local loop pretty tight!

About Randolph, the Heart of Vermont - First settled in 1778, before Vermont was recognized as a state, it is the geographical center of Vermont with a quaint downtown and the Third Branch of the White River winding around the town, minutes from Interstate 89. Today, Randolph is also a thriving meeting-spot and shopping center for the surrounding area as well as offering many outdoor activities such as river tubing, kayaking, hiking & mountain biking. Points of interest include Chandler Music Hall, Kimball Library, Restored Train Depot with Amtrak stop, several shops, Playhouse Movie Theatre (one of the oldest movie theatres in the country), restaurants & eateries (including One Main Tap & Grill), and even the One Main Growler/Crowler Filling Station & Craft Beer Store.
